- To Keep Beverage Hot: Fill the Carafe with warm water and let stand for 5 minutes. Pour out the water and fill with the hot beverage
- To Keep Beverage Cold: Fill the Carafe with cool water and let stand for 5 minutes. Pour out the water and fill with the cold beverage
- Important: Do not drop ice cubes into the carafe for they will crack the inner lining. Fill the carafe, then gently add crushed ice
- AVOID SUDDEN CHANGES IN TEMPRAUTURE SUCH ASFILLING IN ICE WATER INSTANTLY AFTER POURING OUT HOT WATER, OR VICE VERSA
- To open and dispense your coffee of: Turn the cap anti-clockwise
- To close: Turn the cap Clock-wise
- Filter Coffee: Your carafe has been designed so that you may brew coffee directly in it. The top will accommodate any standard filter cone. Just follow the filter manufacturer’s directions
- Tea: You can brew tea directly in your carafe. Place the tea bags in the carafe and tie the string to the handle. Do not use a metal tea ball
- IMPORTANT:
- To clean the outside, just wipe the surface with a soft cloth. Do not immerse the carafe in water
- When cleaning inside, simply rinse with soap and water, then with baking soda solution rinse and air dry. Do not use abrasive soaps or scouring pads
- Do not place the carafe on a drip coffee maker, stove top or other heat source, neither in dishwasher nor in microwave oven.
