Return & Exchange Policy

30 Days Return or Exchange

For U.A.E orders, we have a free return or exchange policy on any unused product within 30 days from the day you receive the product. 

For international orders, we have a 30 day return policy on unused products. However, if the products are not damaged or defected, the cost of returning the products will be on the customer. Currently, we do not have an exchange option for international orders.

Ways to Return or Exchange

  1. Log into your customer account
  2. Select the order you want to return
  3. Send a return request
  4. Upon checking, your request will be either approved or declined.
  5. If approved, you will receive an approval email and we will contact you for further instructions.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), and upon approval, you will be refunded on your original payment method. Please allow some time for the refund to get reflected on your bank or credit card statement. Also please note that weekends, and public holidays will effect how fast the refund will get processed.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Products that have been used and / or it has been longer than 30 days of receiving the order cannot be returned. Products that are not in their original form and box cannot be returned


For U.A.E orders, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Currently we do not have an exchange option for international orders.
