Q. How can I pay for the products?

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) on all the orders.

Q. I received a damaged/defected product, can I get a refund?

If you have received a product that is damaged or defected, you can return the item within 30 days from the date you have received it, in its original packaging, including the invoice and the return label. Once we have received the product, we will inspect it and if it is damaged or defected, we will issue the refund to the same means of payment. This process usually takes 3 to 4 weeks from the date we have received the returned product.

Q. I received a wrong item, how can I return it?

In case you received an item which is wrong, you can request for a return from your account. Please make sure that the item is in its original packaging with the invoice included with it. Once we receive it, we can either issue a refund or exchange, as per your request.

Q. Will my VAT be refunded when my products are returned?

Yes it will. Just make sure that you include your invoice when you return your order and your VAT will be refunded to the same mode of payment you used.

Q. Can I return a product that I haven’t used because I have changed my mind?

Yes, as long as it is less than 30 days from the day you received the order, and it is in its original package you can return the item. Just make sure that you include the invoice with it and follow the return steps in your account.

Q. How long does it take the courier to collect the returned items?

We will try our best to collect them within 3 days. However, sometime it might take up to 1 week. Also public holidays will impact when the courier will collect your retuned items.

Q. How will I get a refund if I pay Cash on Delivery?

If you have paid through Cash on Delivery (COD) you will get a refund in the form of store credits, which you can access from your account. You will be able to use it on your next purchase.

    • If your next purchase including the shipping is less than the amount in your account, it will be deducted from your credit
    • If your next purchase including the shipping is more than the amount in your account, your credit will be deducted from the invoice amount and you will have to pay the balance

Q. Can I exchange an item than I have purchased?

As long as you have not used the product and it has not been more than 30 days from the day you have received your product, you can exchange your purchase

Q. I have cancelled my order. How will I get refunded for it?

Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
